Domestic Returns (India)

• We allow returns only. Exchanges are not applicable.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
• An unboxing video clearly showing the invoice and defect is mandatory for approval.
• A return handling fee of ₹150 and packaging deduction of ₹100 (if applicable) will be deducted during refund processing.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns may be rejected if the product is used, washed, damaged, or does not meet hygiene standards.

International Returns

• International orders are eligible for returns only (no exchanges).
• Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• A return processing fee of $5.50 USD will be deducted during refund processing.
• An unboxing video clearly showing the invoice and defect is mandatory.
• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• All returned products undergo a quality check upon arrival.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days (Domestic) and 8–10 business days (International).
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Applicable deductions (handling, packaging, or processing fees) will be applied before refund credit.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Products returned without original packaging may attract an additional deduction of ₹150.
• We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is worn, washed, altered, damaged, or sent without tags.
• Items failing quality inspection will not be eligible for refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
• Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may not be eligible for a full refund.
