Refund & Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.
• If the order has been shipped, domestic customers may refuse delivery at the doorstep.
• We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable, personalized, or customized items.

Returns & Damaged Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and order details must be provided for verification.
• After review and approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

International Returns

• International customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–8 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
• Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items such as perishable goods, hygiene products, personalized items, and clearance products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Warranty Claims

• For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
