RETURN & EXCHANGE
We allow for returns only
(not exchanges).
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for valid cases and are subject to approval as per our policy. The return charge (₹200) and packaging deduction (₹150, if applicable) will be deducted during refund processing.
- Unboxing video showing the invoice and defect is mandatory.
- All items sent for return will go through a quality check. Returns will be declined if the item is not received in original and unused condition.
- If the item is returned without original packaging, an additional deduction of ₹150 will apply.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is:

- Sent without meeting hygiene standards
- Once the return is accepted and the product reaches us, the refund amount (after applicable deductions) will be credited to your Bank Account within 8 business days.
